    Break Through with a Fat Fast!!

I’m no stranger to keto dieting; I am a true believer. That said, I’m not perfect and sometimes I need to get back into ketosis as quickly as possible and severely restricting my carb intake is the best way to get there. Because of this, I am always on the lookout for recipes that add some variety to my diet.  In the past, I grabbed a few of the "cheapie" no carb recipe books and was so disappointed to see ingredients like "wheat flour." These recipes really ARE almost no carb! Most are 0-1 net gram of carbs, but nothing is over 2 net grams!  If you want to lose more fat on keto, this book is the way to go!

I've been 'very low carb' for almost 10 years and I've never bought a diet / recipe book... but I bought this one.Why? Because of the author's work on her website Low Carb Diem. She always provides more than expected.This book is no exception. Here you will find literally everything you need to be successful for the novice and for those like me who are veterans.Sample meal plans, Q&A's, recipes for every food category including drinks, sauces and snacks!  I will enjoy working my way through these recipes.If you've thought about going 'low carb' or are a seasoned veteran, there's something for everyone in this book!
