The instructions are a little difficult to understand on the "parameter" set up but its easy to just use manual + and - on the remote and the 10 programs are really good. The base unit vibrates very well and is very therapeutic. The only minor gripe is the top surface has lots of notches like reflexology spots and its a bit rough on the feet, but this can be solved with a sports sock or wearing trainers. It is a little narrower than the other unit I had. But if you want a basic toning and circulation improver, after only one week, I have noticed the difference. I suffer from occasional restless leg syndrome in the evenings, I get on this machine and after ten mins my right leg is back to normal. Also, it is toning my other leg muscles. My husband has very arthritic knees and he has been sitting using it whilst he is on the sofa, resting his legs while it vibrates and he was very pleased with the pain relief he got from it.
