I've had a full set of dentures for many years and have never had to use it on my upper ones, just the lower and it works exceedingly well. The instructions state to apply it when it is the consistency of honey but my advice is, I wait until it's a bit thicker, almost to the point it will not pour out on its own and then I pour in into the denture. This way, it's not so thin that it squeezes out too easily and it seems to give you better coverage. I also leave it in for about 5 minutes rather than the 3 they suggest. Make sure and bite down not really hard but just a normal bite to hold it in place and to form around your gums. Be prepared for the stuff to ooze out and get between your cheeks, etc. but this is good because you want full coverage and once it sets while the denture is in your mouth, you remove it and trim the excess off. NOTE: TOO little is not good, it's better to have more than not enough! When you mix the whole batch, you'll have plenty to do either denture. I was afraid of loosening the liner. After I had the liner on a week, I cleaned my dentures as I usually did - with a denture cleaner. One application for the top denture and one for the bottom denture. They usually last me at least six months. I love them. The only negative thing is the taste, but they are all like that with this kind of liner, no matter who makes it. I've used them over the years and I just drink a bit of sugar water (or even gargle with it) to get rid of the taste. But the bad taste doesn't last long. I wouldn't use anything else, and I found this manufacturer to be the cheapest so far, with exactly the same product.
