For me, the quality turned out to be great, no damaged hair, no roughness, no breakage. Please use cold water for hair wash, and not warm as suggested by box. The bleach applicating brush is useledd theow it right away. The colorant is purple in color, but it turns your hair red only, don't worry. Please apply bleach in good quantity for the real color, or else, it will fade of very very soon.
