I started training for my first half marathon and am getting some knee pains while increasing my mileage. It sucks, but these straps help so much. I feel no pain at all while running and much less the day after a long run.The day after long run days (10+ miles), my knees hurt pretty badly as you can imagine. I wear these supports to work under khakis and it makes the pain and discomfort at least 75% better. Healing time is also dramatically decreased.The only thing I do not like about these is that they run large for me due to the "one size fits all" sizing. I have to pull the straps extremely tight and wrap both straps basically all the way around to the front in order for the support strap to support me in a way that is necessary while not shimmying down my leg. Inconvenient and sometimes a bit uncomfortable but worth it for the relief I get. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than the others. *by C***O on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2019* I like the form factor... I have elastic knee braces, neoprene (pull on and with adjusting straps) knee braces, ace bandages with and with out velcro. These strap braces are the best. I shopped brick and mortar store $19 and up for 1 single brace.I got a pair of these for way less. The first day with out standard neoprene full thigh to calf with 2 adjustable straps and using these strap braces was GREAT. First day almost pain free in months, Told wife to try but she was skeptical. Then she tried one on her bad knee (braced for years). Her first comment" How much did you pay for these?" I told her then said "Really, order me a pair" I saw the price reduction and we ordered 2 pair.
