On contacting the company they immediately set out a replacement order. They politely stayed in touch during shipping. The only delay was in the U.S. by a couple days. Very happy customer.

It's super wrinkled and stayed that way even after weeks of laying out flat. I went ahead and painted it and put it under a cabinet that needed the floor trim replaced. It looked bad, but that was OK because it started to peel off after a few days. I ended up taking it down and buying real wood trim like I should have done in the first place. Honestly, don't bother with this stuff.

I don't know what I was thinking...foam trim...ugh. It's as bad as you would think. I was hoping I would be pleasantly surprised but I wasn't. It looked bad, but that was OK because it started to peel off after a few days. I ended up taking it down and buying real wood trim like I should have done in the first place.
