Sleek, petite, and yet still powerful, the two different (touch!) settings allow me to maintain the perfect level of heat. I always put a coaster above (to prevent a film from forming on the top of the coffee and keep the heat in), and set it to high at first. Then as I wend my lazy way to finishing, I lower the setting and occasionally put a little cardboard coaster between the cup and warmer to get exactly the right temp. So sure, I have OCD tendencies; but MAN this little device makes keeping the perfect cup easy. The auto shut off is comforting as well.
