The built in monitor shows the Amps and KWh levels and they seem to match the input of the car. I didn't notice any heat buildup on the unit after the full charge which was something I was concerned about. The length of the cable is great too. The months August and September bills should’ve been easily $600 for me and although a mild Georgian (Atlanta) summer my bill wasn’t even $200 it was actually $180 and $150. We mostly charged around 3pm which I don’t follow the trends so I’m assuming that’s a horrible time to charge. We always charge overnight mostly. So either we are done charging before we go to bed or we are done while sleeping and wake up to take it off. Overall we love it and I did a ton of research that landed me on this one before I bought it. So glad I found this on the first try. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unbeatable customer service from Mustart *by P***N on July 28, 2021* We originally purchased the Gen 1 version of the 10-30 charger. We loved the cord and how fast it charged our car however it began to trip (an slowly burn out) our 30amp circuit breaker. We had our electrician examine the issue and he measured as much as a 31amp draw from the charger. Unfortunately we didn't think to document the electrician measurements but this was no issue after contacting Mustart support. Mustart listened to our issue, asked a few questions, and then decided to send us a new Gen 2 charger (sold here) free of charge and via express shipping. Mustart support was friendly, responsive, and we couldn't have asked for more from them. Our new Gen 2 charger is made with upgraded chips and sensors that are more sensitive. This charger has not shown to trip the 30amp circuit breaker and works perfectly. I've seen other reviews commenting on the viability of the 10-30 with a 30amp breaker. The charger is definitely pushing the limits of 30amps however we had a very well regarded and experienced electrician examine the situation and he expressed no safety and certainly not fire concerns with it's use.
