The bristles are soft and pick up just the right amount of product be it liquid or powder. It's really high quality. I had a slight issue with my order but I contacted customer service and they resolved my issue quickly. They even sent a handwritten card! That meant a lot, I would definitely recommend to purchase. No I wasn't given this product to review, I mean this as an actual consumer! The travel case is a great bonus I use it now to store these brushes and a few more . Last, but not least the color of the brushes are everything! I love purple.
