I always put my bras in lingerie bags and hang them to dry after washing them in the washing machine, which helps them last longer. Using a lingerie bag prevents them from twisting around other clothing during laundry. For sizing, they are true to size, so if you buy your regular size, they should fit well and be comfortable. Nice design and seems to have good elasticity. This is a full coverage cup so that's nice too for larger chests. Straps do not dig in and easy to adjust.
