Waste product ! Not meant for cervical issues
Based on someone's rating I was cheated. Bought it for neck pain issues. But it doesn't fit to the bottom neck groove. It has no cushion effect either. When tried for side sleeping it roll out the head down. Amazon shouldn't market all these kind of rubbish things. They should assess the product whether worth for marketing or not by using their quality control department.

Soft, comfortable to sleep on.
I haven't used it myself, but I purchased for someone suffering from severe vertigo and they reported extreme relief. Material is soft and price is competitive. Recommended.

Not useful for me
I ordered this for my dad who is suffering from neck pain. But it added his neck pain a lot.. It's so hard and it's not comfortable.

Not the very best
Initially when the product came, it was good. But as I started to use it, it started to become soft and losing the effect. The size is small. Wish it was bigger. Not sure of any health benefits.
