This will not stand up to repeated set-up and tear downs, but it is a very good snake for the uses I mentioned. The connectors are of good quality, have a positive "click" when hooking up, and aren't sloppy. The individual cables seem strong, as does the outer rubber jacket.The stage drop end is decent. As mentioned above, the connectors are very nice, and lock up well. I have used various mic cables, from more expensive cables from Monster with heavy connectors, to cheap cables with questionable connectors, and they all lock in nicely with very little movement. The latches hold well, and require a fair amount of pressure to release the cables, which is a good thing to prevent accidental disconnections.The actual box part of the drop isn't very heavy gauge metal, and will flex a bit if you push on it. The other downside of the drop is the rubber strain relief where the cable exits. It is a fairly stiff, almost plastic, rubber that doesn't flex that much, and also doesn't grip the cable firmly, as you can see in the item picture. This isn't an effective method of strain relief, because it basically places the strain right back on the cable where it exits the strain reliever.The fan end of the snake has a couple issues as well, one minor, and one that is just a missing feature, which is probably one of the reasons this snake can sell for such a great price. The first, very minor issue is that the outer rubber jacket isn't cut straight on mine. It's cut at an angle, as if someone just cut it crooked with a pair of scissors. It is a minor issue, but one that shows quality control isn't exacting. I could see that it could eventually tear or curl if you were to use this for touring. However, I wouldn't suggest you look at snakes in this price range if you are planning on touring.The second issue with the fan end of the snake isn't really a problem as much as is is a missing feature. There is no woven wire, or any other kind of hook to attach the fan to your mixing desk, as is found on most professional snakes. You MUST have a way of hanging the fan end up, or you'll end up with cables pulling out of the XLR connectors. A large velcro cable tie works just fine, but, to me, every snake MUST have a way of relieving stress on the fan end. I see more and more snakes aren't including them.I subtracted one star for the issues on the drop side, and another star for the issues on the fan side, but I also added another star because of the great price.All in all, this is a great deal if you don't need to move this snake all the time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks good.. *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on April 23, 2016* Looks good.....
