It does the job to align your body in the position it should be. This in turn alleviates many problems. In regards this this particular inversion table: I love the contoured back rest. I chose this over the flat board style, which often showed the metal box pole bolted or welded under it, which just looked very uncomfortable. The construction is sturdy. The design is good. My only complaint is that handing upside-down, the pressure is put at your feet & ankles. None of the models can alleviate this force. However, when I am hanging fully upside-down, I just wear my combat boots and this alleviates the problem. I also love lay at a tilt to get blood flow from my feet to my head. Additionally, I also oscillate for increased blood flow & lymph flow for internal cleansing purposes. I would definitely recommend this model over others for a cost-to-quality ratio. I do, however, recommend using real socket and wrench for assembly purposes, as the tools provided are inadequate. Additionally, no instructions for use will come with this model. However, just Google inversion tables and watch some YouTube videos about them. The inversion tables are all generally the same and the videos provide good info. My 6'2" son also uses this table and loves it also. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great! Just needs a head pad *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2014* Works great, really helps my lower back out. I can feel everything stretching out and realigning nicely...it does exactly what it's supposed to. I just wish I got the padded backboard, the hard one is a little rough on the back of the head. The foot holders could also use some more padding (pretty sure this is common with most models). Any signs of lower back pain I would hang upside down for a few minutes, after two or three hangs no more pain. The table is much easier to use and still delievers the same results.
