I do not know how to contact the seller so am writing here. I used an additional thermometer/hygrometer and discovered that this incubator runs cool and dry. I had to keep the styrofoam box around it in order to keep the temp up. Even then, it was still low. The humidity was very difficult to regulate and did not stay consistent. I could not get the humidity or the temps to regulate at lockdown, despite keeping the incubator in the styrofoam and putting towels on the top of the incubator for warmth. Less than 1/2 of my eggs hatched, and several of those had splayed legs or were shrink wrapped indicating temp and humidity issues.
