Easily adjust the height and angle to a find the most comfortable position so you can work or watch a movie without straining your neck or back, fold to compact size to store it next to a couch or in a closet so it won’t take up any needed space around your home unless you take it apart. I would not buy this again and wish I could return it without a hassle.
