I have two Moringa trees in my backyard and didn't realize how nutrient dense they are until I came across KOS product line. I decided to purchase this specific product for several reasons. 1. Processing is minimal 2. Produced in the USA and 3. Company stands behind their products. This statement I am about to make is not to imply in any way Moringa is a cure all or replacement for medications. My first day of taking this, my blood sugars were well in the normal range all day (I have Type 2 diabetes plus no thyroid). There was a cleansing/detox that occurred but I am cool with that. And I noticed I got relaxed and sleepy for bed about an hour earlier than normal. Second day was great. Had it in a smoothie. So far no weird taste, no major problems and feeling good. I will update after I have had this for about two - three weeks. I am enjoying learning how to get healthier and just feel good.
