Good seat bag for tubular tires.
This bag is just large enough to hold 2 tubular tires, tire levers, a couple of co2 cartridges, and inflater. The seat strap holds the bag very securely.

Narrow / Good Sized
I use this bag on my fixed-gear bicycle. I wanted something that would hold my 3wrencho, tire levers, spare tube, patch kit, and packable backpack comfortably... however, I didn't want something bulging under the saddle. Looking at this bag, I thought it might be narrow enough to cinch up between the saddle rails to help keep it out of the way.Bull's-eye.Everything fits comfortably with room to spare. It snugs up and in toward the seat post and everything is secure. I use a metal zip-tie on the plastic buckle so that no one can steal the bag easily. I had to trim the Velcro for the seat post attachment as they give you extra strapping there it seems... it's nice because if your arrangement is different, you have extra strapping to 'make it work.' When trimming it, I use a small candle flame to partially melt where I made the cuts to seal the ends and keep them from unraveling. One zippered main compartment and two smaller zippered pockets on the outside. Construction seems first rate.

Fits everything but no attachment for a light
Fits tyre and CO2 cartridges perfectly, nowhere to attach a light to, my seat is too low to put it anywhere else so I'm going to have to sew something on, would be 5 stars if it had that!!

Perfect for a spare tubular
When my old Jandd tire bag's zipper failed after almost 25 years, I did look at some other options. As a user of tubular tires, I have a definite requirement that an understaddle bag hold a spare tire, and the other bags I looked at (I even ordered one) didn't fill the bill. So now I have another Jandd tire bag and couldn't be happier. It doesn't have a lot of room for much else - I shove my driver's license and a phone in next to the tire, and keep a couple of Allen wrenches in the zipper pockets - but I don't generally carry anything else anyway. I'm looking forward to another 25 years with this bag.

Three Stars
Not a great fit for my road bike.

This is a pretty big bag
This is a pretty big bag. Carries all the basic supplies needed: tube (could fit a folded tire - 700x23), tools, patch kit, energy bars, and is roomy enough for extras like a phone in the side pouch and a kit for spills or bee sting. The bag sits sideways so it's slender under the saddle. Been using these bags since the 1980's (stitching on my oldest still reads "Santa Barbara") and they continue to be an outstanding product.

Almost Perfect
This bag is almost perfect. It lacks a spot for a rear light. But that aside it is awesome. Sturdy material and a solid strap mounting system with a buckle. I like to take long rides and this bag will hold most of what I need: a tube, patch kit, all the tools you might need, 2 gels, 3 bars and 2 medium apples. And it's not to big.

Smaller than it looks
I thought this bag would have a lot more space than the bag I was replacing: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A3W8EG2 but it didn't. In fact, by unzipping the BV bag's lower compartment I was easily able to fit more tools and stuff in that bag.
