Do your hands have lots of support from the foam? Does the foam seem robust and long-lasting?** A: The foam is actually surprisingly firm on this trainer, as long as you keep a good grip. It's crazily solid in construction.One of the things that posed a challenge for me during assembly is how precisely and tightly everything fits together. Also, I love the addition of the rock climbing holds. I got this primarily because handgboards for training rock climbing strength are far more expensive, yet far less versatile for workouts.
