Although would say that he has managed to do this on two controllers and couldn't fix the other as couldn't get into the blasted thing. Lol. Arrived 2 days early. Took me 30 minutes to replace using the video from one of the reviews. Watch it once before you start. Level of difficulty probably a 3 (ten being the highest). You will need T9 and T6 torx bits.
