Whilst I wouldnt wear white or light trousers as per the advert, I have found these very effective. They ceratainly contain the whoosh, ive tested them, felt the whoosh and when at home, wandered around up and down stairs, wiggle my middle left and right. My TOTM is very heavy and I wouldnt risk doing that with others as they get side leak and stodgy up front!! I was very surprised with how good they are - they really do soak through, even though i know ive had a big flow, theres very little visible on the top, but turn it upside down and you can see it all collected.
