## Description

From the Manufacturer          The AV-8B Harrier II is a second-generation vertical/short takeoff and landing (V/STOL) ground-attack aircraft. An Anglo-American development of the British Hawker Siddeley Harrier, the Harrier II is the final member of the Harrier family that started with the Hawker Siddeley P.1127 in the early 1960s. The AV-8B is primarily used for light attack or multi-role missions, and is typically operated from small aircraft carriers, large amphibious assault ships and simple forward operating bases.

I thought the models were at least a few inches in length, but they are only maybe about an inch long. I was very disappointed.

    Excellent Models for Wargaming and Display

This is an excellent reproduction of the AV-8B Harrier. Although I bought mine for wargaming, the detail makes me want to buy more for a diorama. They are even higher quality than the ones that Gallery Models released a couple years back with their LHD-1 kit.The only downside is that the clear plastic is very brittle, so extreme caution should be used while removing from the sprue.
