These do shrink in the dryer. I thought I was gaining weight until I went to a local uniform store. I found the exact same size I had originally purchased fit fine, with room to spare. I ended up buying new uniforms and now dry them on low heat for only 20 minutes. I let them finish drying by hanging them.
