No mention of "water resistant" or anything like that in the description.** A: My husband ordered this for our boat and frankly, the sound is marginal. If you have a smart phone and access to tunes on it, then buy a JBL clip. It is a waterproof speaker that has great battery life and a good sound. We use it in place of this stereo because the sound quality was so poor. The stereo was put in with new speakers so it's the over all sound system. It's the best $65 you can spend. Goes on bike rides, showers, boat rides etc. **Q: I am planning on using a power supply what is the input amperage requirements?** A: This is what I use: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HNV6SBJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 **Q: I have one about 3 years old will the plug be the same?** A: It should be the same. **Q: What is the RMS watts output of this stereo?** A: 75 watts per channel (75x4). ## Frequently Bought Together - Pyle Bluetooth Marine Stereo Receiver - 12V Single DIN Boat In-Dash Radio with Digital LCD - RCA - MP3 - USB/SD - AM/FM Radio - Remote Control - Wiring Harness - PLRMR23BTW - Water Resistant Marine Stereo Cover - Smoke Colored Heavy Duty Boat Radio Protector Shield with Flip-up Door & Spring Loaded Release - Mounting Gasket Included - Pyle PLMRCW2,White - Pyle 6.5 Inch Dual Marine Speakers - 2 Way Waterproof and Weather Resistant Outdoor Stereo Sound System with 400 Watt Power, Polypropylene Cone and Butyl Rubber Surround - 1 Pair - PLMR605W(White) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/105377649-pyle-bluetooth-marine-stereo-receiver-hands-free-calling-wireless-streaming](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/105377649-pyle-bluetooth-marine-stereo-receiver-hands-free-calling-wireless-streaming) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
