Her vet recommended SAM-E because her liver enzyme level was a tad bit low. This product immediately worked and I saw a pep back in her step. I was able to take her off all joint meds. The only negative for my dog is she has an extremely sensitive stomach. After 2 weeks of 1 tab which the recommended dose is 2 for her. I had to stop giving her this product because she started diarrhea. I spoke with my vet and we are going to come up with a game plan to help her remain on this product and maybe supplement with something else for the stomach issue. This product works and it works fast.
