Or you can blend in a banana or fresh fruits and youll really be in for a treat. Protein shake mixes are a good source of protein and fiber when blended with fat free milk to keep your hunger under control for up to four hours. Review: Yum weightloss - It definitely works for a meal replacement and if taken under guidance of a dietician it’s fantastic ! Love the product Review: Yum! - I have tried some other Slim Fast shake mixes before and this by far is the best tasting one. It reminds me of your typical strawberry milk made from that overly sugared syrup. I add this to skim milk and mix, one scoop for every 8 ounces. Unlike other shakes and even some other Slim Fast products, this mixes well with minimal clumps or powder resting at the bottom of your cup. This helps satisfy my appetite and works really well as a meal replacement, usually I drink it for lunch and will not be hungry until normal dinner time. I am not on the entire slim fast diet, but use this as a way to maintain my weight if not just lose a few pounds and keep from unhealthy snacking. The protein helps keep me going and this shake does not make me feel bloated or like I have to use the toilet every few hours. This is an excellent product at a great price that won't break the bank. I will be ordering more. ## Features - Complete and balanced meal replacement shake for use as part of the SlimFast Plan. The difference was 10 additional calories. But with Silk Soy Milk at 80 calories, it equals out. Anyway, if you like Chocolate and Banana or Vanilla and Banana, You will love this! Well at least I do. Sometimes I add a banana, if I have one, Oh, I do add ice, if I want to jazz it up a bit! But does this make a difference if I am trying to take off 25 pounds? My current weight is 161pds and I am 5.5. I know it doesn't sound much to some, but to me, it makes me feel very uncomfortable. And yes I am seeing a Therapist to deal with my self image issues. **Q: Can I mix this with water?** A: I been using this for years and I add a banana with ice and NO milk. Sometimes I add 95% dark chocolate which is proven to be healthy. I run it in the blender and it comes out thick and tastes good. It's all preference. Add fruit to give it a good mix of taste and consistency if you prefer. **Q: How Many srevings** A: i normally substitute a slimfast or tru-protein shake for a meal, i usually have 1 scoop with 8oz skim milk and a cup of ice, along with a fruit like a banana put in the blender. I also use a 1/4 to 1/2 tspoon of tumeric power because its good for everything that ails you. look it up,, and a teaspoon of metacucil for fiber, drink it down and your on the way, after a while you loose craving for food and always kinda not too hungry, then i have a sensible meal and look forward to tomorrow,, good luck. **Q: Has anyone used a shaker bottle or do you have to use a blender?** A: I have used a blender, a shaker, and even a milkshake blender. While the both blenders do end up with a slightly more creamy and airy end result, the shaker is plenty good. Really unless you are wanting to add ice or frozen fruit why dirty the blender AND a glass when you can just use a shaker. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yum weightloss *by P***I on 16 January 2018* It definitely works for a meal replacement and if taken under guidance of a dietician it’s fantastic !
