This is my second one. Best capo made. No spring to clamp too tight or wear out. Goes on and off quick and easy, with tension adjustable for the fret you are putting it on.My first Shubb is a "six-string" version but it doesn't work very well on the 6th fret and up on my Tacoma guitar due to the wide neck, "E" string tends to pop out. It works great on my other two guitars. For my Tacoma with it's 1-3/4 nut, this twelve-string Shubb works on all frets. Glad I found it. This is the only type of capo I will put on my guitar, and I use it a lot.AND, this is a really good price. I keep coming back, however, to the Shubb. It doesn't take up too much space on the neck and tends not to pull the strings out of tune like the clip-type of capo. (I do not like having a capo clamped on my headstock when it isn't in use anyway.) Since I play both 6 and 12-string guitars, having a 12-string capo makes the most sense.
