To start, delivery was a nightmare. They won't leave this outside your door and they didn't tell us it was an "attended delivery", so we missed the first delivery. Then, a box came the next day and luckily we were home, but it was only half the couch! The second half of the couch took another few days to arrive. Ridiculous that it comes in two separate shipments.Also, the pieces do all come apart as other reviewers have said. We will likely have to buy clamps to keep all 4 pieces together, otherwise the seating is sliding all over the place all the time. Hard to get cozy on this couch when your partner is slowly floating to the other side of the room!And no, the ottoman is not included so don't let the photos fool you. That'll run you an extra $250-$300, which is simply ridiculous.There are lots of other velvet sofas and sectionals on Amazon for less than $1,000, so I would recommend you take your money elsewhere.
