**Q: i cant' work out how to install this on the shower pole.  Please may i have instructions?**
A: You need to release the bottom end of the shower poll in order to slip on the attachment. There's probably a cover on the bottom bracket that attaches to the wall. You can carefully prise that off with a thin blade screwdriver. Then you should see a screw. You can unscrew the bracket from the wall or at least loosen it enough to remove the pole. Then you slip on the attachment insert the bottom end of the poll back into the bracket, tighten the screw and replace the cover. Hope that's clear. Each pole is likely to be different by the principle is almost certainly the same.

**Q: How do you tighten the bracket**
A: If you are referring to the slider you cannot tighten it.  If it is slack you have purchased the wrong size.

**Q: I just bought this item, but it doesn’t fit our shower pole. What sizes pole would it fit? Thank you**
A: It fits a 25mm pole which I believe is standard. Have you googled the make of your shower or go to a bathroom shop?

**Q: What is the diameter of the shower head it will fit? Not the pole but the shower head itself as we have a shower head that is only 1.3/4 cm in diamter**
A: I think your shower head connection will be too small for this bracket at 1 3/4 cm diameter.  My shower head connector is slightly tapered from 2 1/4 cm down to about 2 cm and fits OK.

1st one arrived was smashed into pieces so had to contact amazon which couldnt do replacement so we agreed a GC for me to reorder. Fits perfect, looks great and easy to instal however, feeling does feel cheap/ish not sure if will last long but time will tell but for temporary or a quick replacement 100% reccomend but bear in mind not sure how long will last

The shower head holder on our Aqualisa Rise shower broke after12+ years..I measured the riser bar diameter at 25mm..found this possible replacement on Amazon available in various bar diameters upto 25mm..price significantly lower than the genuine Aqualisa one..decided to risk buying it..it arrived within 24hours of ordering it & is now fitted..it holds the head fine, slides up & down the riser bar - press then release the button..spray angle also adjustable..i'm entirely all round with my purchase, so 👍🏻👍🏻..all round from me..
