On the first day of use that were fantastic and the second day a seam broke in the same place on both pouches and ruined my daughters 2 day IPhone. I had to pay 150 dollar insurance claim to get her another. I’m very lucky that on the second day I only had one girl in the pool with their phone and not both! I have contacted the company the day after and now it’s been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back from them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This product was very easy to use *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 1, 2018* This product was very easy to use. Once my phone was inside the pouch, I was still able to unlock it with the PIN and use the touch screen, no problem. Even after the pouch was sealed, I was able to use my phone like normal, including texting. It does fully waterproof, I tested it in my pool. I would recommend using a tissue or something to test when you receive this product, just to be sure. I like to test my pouch every time I use it, if it’s been longer than a couple weeks. Waterproofing it does take a couple steps, but that’s good, because the pouch feels very secure. Make sure you don’t leave a bunch of air in the pouch when you seal it up, the air makes it harder to use the touch screen. With my phone, it worked better if I removed the case. Overall a good product, very worthwhile for anyone looking for a waterproof phone pouch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Air Pocket and Dual Closures Make All the Difference! *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2019* I wish I had taken a picture! I had put my LG Stylo 3 into the pouch with the screen on. I zipped up the ziploc-type seal and folded the end of the pouch over the ziploc seal to fasten the velcro/hook-and-loop. There is a compartment on this pouch that is filled with air, so it does, indeed, float and, more than that, it kept my phone completely dry! I even pushed the pouch containing my phone deeper into the sink water. It surfaced immediately and my phone was dry as a bone! You may have a waterproof pouch for your phone, but I would reckon it doesn't have the added safety of a pocket of air to make sure your phone floats, not sinks. I ordered the grey/silver pouches and now I want them all! They would be great for a gift for anyone because it shows that you care about them, but if you know any campers/hikers/preppers, this would be IDEAL!
