It crashes to the desktop with a "BAD ACCESS" error immediately after the Playfirst splash screen, and you never even see the game's menu screen. Apparently there was an incompatibility that was introduced when Apple updated their Operating System. Version 1.0.0.83 of the game is supposed to correct the problem, but this is an earlier version. I have yet to find a patch.I bought the game as a gift for someone to play on their new Mac. Unfortunately it is useless for that purpose unless I can locate a patch.It would have been a perfect game for a favorite aunt of mine -- if only it had worked. The graphics are pretty, the gameplay is not difficult or stressful, and the story is sweet (probably too sweet for some gamers). It would also be a good game to play along with very young children or grandchildren.Amazon insists I rate this game. I'm splitting the difference between a 5 star game and nothing, despite the fact that I got nothing.
