I can't recommend these enough. Without being too graphic; the keyhole design is genius in my opinion. It allows your manly bits to rest comfortable within a pouch built within the inside the underwear. This design keeps everything in a very comfortable position so that you don't shift around too much. The pouch is not tight or restrictive in any way and from the outside the underwear just looks like any other boxer briefs.Well designed, high quality, very attractive and extremely comfortable. I like them so much that I bought 5 more pairs in a couple different colors. The pouch is great, very supportive. I loved MyPakage and have been wearing them for years. With the name change to BN3TH, they are still great if not greater. The fabric is slightly thicker and maybe even softer if that is possible. It literally is like wearing nothing at all, they are so soft, yet you're still totally supported. The Modal fabric is amazingly soft. I purchased a large 34-36 inch and they suggested I try a medium 32-34 inch size. I did and THEY ARE PERFECT! Guys try these underwear you will be amazed how much more comfortable you will feel with their sling/pouch design.
