I had two - the first one had issues but the second one did not even turn on. I'd never buy a neostar product again personally. My only advice is to try and get a refund from their company or sell it, and get something else, that's what I'm in the process of doing. The upsetting thing about this is I really wanted a hifi with 3 cds and a turntable too, but these do not exist anymore beyond this product. A shame. And I blame these streamers who have lesser respect for music. Oh well.... **Q: I bought this a week ago but it does not to seem to read cds., Any ideas?** A: Dress functions in left side to cd, then right side for 1,2or 3.
