Review: Good starting point - Great book for beginners. My sister in law and I have always wanted to try making macarons but we’re afraid of the process. On cooking shows you always see the bakers complaining and say how far they are. This book made the process not so scary. We tried both basic recipes and had pretty good success for our first tries. Tip: If you can wait they really are better the next day, we thought we screwed up but when we ate the “fails” the next day they were great!

Great book for beginners. My sister in law and I have always wanted to try making macarons but we’re afraid of the process. On cooking shows you always see the bakers complaining and say how far they are. This book made the process not so scary. We tried both basic recipes and had pretty good success for our first tries.
