Fitting-wise, if you are like me, in between sizes, I would recommend getting the smaller one. They do need a little bit of time to "break in", but nothing crazy and they still are comfortable. Durability-wise, they seem amazing so far. I've used them for CrossFit as well, despite not being made for it, and, while not as ideal as the Gymnast grips, they did the job and hold on well. I definitely do not recommend them if you want something for CrossFit, get the proper ones, but if you are like me and sometimes forget what to bring, they do the job.
