Overall it is a cheap gag of decent quality. My partner finds the ball to be a comfortable size and of decent material. The main problem with the gag is that the strap is way to large. We had to cut our own holes into the strap to get it to fit securely on her head. We almost have it as tight as it can go with our custom placed holes and we imagine someone with a very small head may not be able to use it at all. The leather strap itself is pretty cheap. We also wish the ball was completely removable so we could boil it for cleaning. The ball itself cannot be removed unfortunately. Despite these cons, we find that it is a good ball gag for those looking to get their feet wet.
