My neck has hurt a great deal over the years because I need to spend most of my day on a computer or reading books/research. I've even developed a small hump on my back (embarrassing) but this device seems to help counteract the years of bad posture/digital overkill.This neck harness was one of the cheapest I found, and, at the end of the day, it works. But I wouldn't call it comfortable. I do not doubt this harness could handle a good amount of weight, not that you need it as lightweights work best for this exercise. But the material is scratchy and drops over the ears terribly. Since I only use this harness at the end of my weightlifting routine, and for a few minutes, twice a week, I am still glad I bought it at the cheaper price instead of buying a more expensive padded head harness.As an informational note: this harness will fit standard and Olympic sized plates. How with the standard 1" plates, you must remove the clasp, feed the chain through the hole, and reattach the clasp.
