Today when I used it it made creaking noises that it has not before. I'm 260 pounds and only use this about 2x a month. I personally use the Hollow Core Massage Roller, Muscle Roller Stick, the Stretching Strap, and the Spikey Plantar Fasciitis (Foot) Ball the most and don’t find myself using the Double Lacrosse Peanut at all. The fact that everything, EXCEPT the Muscle Roller Stick, can fit inside the Hollow Core Massage Roller is super convenient; however, I do believe the hollowness to store these items takes away from the quality of the Hollow Core Massage Roller a bit (the only reason behind the 4 stars). The texture of the Hollow Core Massage Roller does not give in when weight is put on it, but it has started to make some squeaky type noises during use and I do fear that this is a warning that it could eventually cave in and break.
