Accusplit A601X Pro Survivor Stopwatch features large digits for easy viewing, split timing and date functions. Black stopwatch is extremely durable and water resistant. Includes lanyard, battery with a life of 1-1/2 years and instructions.

Review: Outstanding performance. Easy to read. - The ACCUSPLIT A601X might feel cheap because of the lightweight but its performance is top notch. I've been using mine daily for about a week to time my walks and exercises. I bought it primarily because I was using a Casio Lineage watch to time those things. I don't wear my glasses on walks because I wear sunglasses instead and the small LCD display on my Casio was hard to read while walking. The ACCUSPLIT solved that problem and then some. I can read it at a quick glance unlike my Casio which took me several seconds to get a good look at it. Take a look at my picture. You can see how much larger the display on the ACCUSPLIT is. This stopwatch is also very easy to use. It's accurate and the buttons are responsive but not so responsive that you can accidentally push them. The buttons are very well designed. I've included a picture of the clock setting instructions as well. They are part of the paper lining. Not a separate pamphlet. Don't throw away the packaging until you find the clock setting instructions. They were easy to follow but I would have had a heck of a time without them. Great stopwatch at a very reasonable price. I'm glad I bought one.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: can you stop the watch then restart for adding minutes?**
A: Yes. That's called "split timing". You can stop and start infinite times for a cumulative total or you can have "splits", timing two laps (or rounds or...) concurrently. For example, I swam two lengths if the pool in :01:37 and my coach hit SPLIT at the end if the first length. When I got out of the pool, I could see that my first length was 45 seconds and my second was 52, for a total of :01:37. Does that help?

**Q: Can you disable the BEEP?**
A: the beep is the alarm.  you have to press two or three buttons at once to disable it.

**Q: What kind of battery does it take and can the owner replace it?**

**Q: Once the set time is reached is there some kind of audio sound to alert?**
A: This model doesn't have a "countdown" feature. It's a stopwatch only. There's no audio sound on the pro survivor model. Just a good, tactile and audible click from the buttons.
