I did not use the pack however.After receiving it I realized it was to small for what I needed. I sent it back with no problems and received the full refund within a few days. Based on the price, I expected something fairly cheap, and was incredibly surprised. The bag is well made, the compression straps don't slip, and the internal frame is a miracle. I have a badly damaged lower spine, and was afraid I wouldn't be able to wear a pack this large at all, but I put this on, and even fully loaded, this pack was more comfortable, and felt lighter than the laptop bag I carry on a daily basis. I can, in fact, only find two points to complain about with this bag.
