**Q: Will this work with Mac computer?**
A: We have 27 of them inuse but none are hooked to a mac. The work excellent as long as they are strong sunlight.

**Q: Can I use this to. Do a live scan fingerprint and save it on a computer? Or is this just a fingerprint reader**
A: Hi Tiffany, you can download the driver to your computer and save the print from the scanner - it's very easy.  Ruth

**Q: Will Futronic FS80  works
 on Win 8.1?**
A: No it doesn't work right away, and I didn't bother trying more. Used Win 7 instead.

### ⭐ Does not work on Windows 8/8.1

I have 5 of these in my office. 4 worked until I up dated to Windows 8.1. Now they do not work. I have emailed back and forth for two weeks, done everything they suggested, and still they do not work. The one that never worked is on a Window Server 12 computer. I have sent screen shots of my computer to them on several occasions to show what I get when I try to install it. They try a new solution send it to me and still it does not work. I have asked to return the scanners on several occasions and they do not respond to that question.
