The screw it too wide which causes the AZGTi Mount to hit it. **Q: Isn't this supposed to include a dovetail plate? My package did not include one.** A: Mine had a dovetail plate included. It measures about 2 3/4 x 1 3/8 inch and has a 3/8 inch tripod screw (will work with AZ-GTI). If you are getting this for AZ_GTI to use in EQ mode, you will also need to replace the know that holds on the dovetail as the handle is too big. I recommend going to Home Depot and buying an M8 socket hex cap screw, (M8 (1.25) x 14mm long). **Q: Skywatcher s20530 star adventurer latitude (eq) base puede conectarse a una cΓ‘mara cannon eos r6?** A: hola, si se puede, yo uso una Nikon **Q: What is the purpose of the green colored accessory piece called a "ball head adaptor"?** A: It can mount to a standard tripod or ball head that has the 1/4-20 threads (non arca swiss). This product is almost required to help with setting polar alignment based on your current longitude. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect *by L***N on 10 September 2026* Absolutely perfect, completely what I was looking for and compatible with s30 pro seestar ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect addition to my Seestar S30 set up *by A***R on 15 October 2025* Perfect addition to my Seestar S30 set up ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what is says... *by Y***E on 5 April 2023* I have mixed feelings about this EQ wedge. Whilst the build quality appeared good, the various set screws and adjusters are not the best quality. To reduce any slop, you have to almost over-tighten them, which will only introduce problems with further slop and accuracy down the line. I swapped the ones I was unhappy with for better quality fixings and am now happy. Took a few mins and well worth the effort. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sky Watcher S20530 Star Adventurer Latitude (EQ) Base, Telescope Accessory, Black - Sky Watcher S20550 Star Adventurer Ball Head Adapter, Telescope Accessory, Green - Sky Watcher Star Adventurer Tripod - Star Adventurer Accessory - Compatible with AZGT Series and AZ5 Mounts (S20555) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/110730875-sky-watcher-s20530-star-adventurer-latitude-eq-base-telescope-accessory](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/110730875-sky-watcher-s20530-star-adventurer-latitude-eq-base-telescope-accessory) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
