Review: no more bloat or nagging hunger pain - I did the Candida and Parasite cleanse thoroughly for MONTHS. I still had this discomfort of bloating after meals, and hunger pains... and other gastrointestinal issues. I went to the Dr and was tested for H. Pylori. Negative. I saw on Amy Yaskos video about H. Pylori that it is extremely hard to test for. It hides in the stomach walls. I thought I would try this since I've tried everything else and my symptoms matched those of H. Pylori. Within one-two weeks no more symptoms. Amazing. It says to finish two bottles. I stopped just before finishing the second bottle because no symptoms. So I'm back buying more because everything is back again. Even if I have to take it for the rest of my life... I will.

I have taken it when needed for approximately 3 years and found it very helpful when I have flare ups of digestive issues. You do have to be careful not to take it more than the recommended length of time. Pros: It seems to be a good high quality product. Cons: It is rather expensive

**Q: I received this product and the capsules look completely different from the color they were the first time I purchased themDid the ingredients change?**
A: I have used pepti guard for a long time and have never had any problem with it.  They might have just changed something that colors it but it still works great for me.

**Q: Is the aloe vera inner leaf fillet or whole leaf?**
A: According to Thorne's website: "We have sourced the highest quality aloe vera on the market for this product – DaltonMax 700. It is organic and is taken only from the inner gel of the aloe plant. It does not contain any other portions of the plant that might cause gastric upset or have a laxative effect."

**Q: Is the capsule vgetarian?**
A: The Pepti-Guard capsule is a Hypromellose Capsule derived from cellulose.  It is prepared from the pulp of pine trees and is Vegetarian as well as Vegan.

**Q: Does this product contain L-Glutamine? If so, how much?**
A: All ingredients  are listed on the label as follows: Two Capsules Contain: Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice (DGL) extract (root) (Glycyrrhiza spp.) 400 mg, Bismuth Citrate* 240 mg, Aloe Vera (Gel, dehydrate powder) (Aloe barbadensis)** 200 mg, Berberine HCl (from Indian Barberry extract) (root) (Berberis aristata) 200 mg. I take this stuff, along with mastic gum, and zinc for Helicobacter pylori. When Helicobacter flares up, it causes severe pain and keeps me up at night (it also causes an unbelievable amount of burping?!?) This stuff, as part of a supplement combo, works in just two to three days. I was prescribed a proton-pump-inhibitor, which did nothing. I was told to "give it a week," and it did nothing, then "well, give it another week," and it still did nothing. This stuff actually works, and fast.
