First, I absolutely love the look of this humidor. It's gorgeous, and appears to be well constructed. And it was well packaged, delivered on time, and even came in a nice velvet-ish draw-string sack. But I've had some issues with the humidor. I followed the written instructions to the letter (I believe), but I can't get it to hold the humidity above 60-63%. I'm trying to get it to 70%, but it just doesn't hold. I repeated the conditioning cycle, and I still can't get it to stay near 70%. And while I like the divider and humidifier, the Velcro that's included is way too aggressive for what it's holding. The Spanish cedar grid piece, the divider, and the plastic humidifier are all a smidge on the delicate side (which I don't necessarily see as a bad thing), so a strong piece of Velcro with a really strong glue was just too much for the other components. All in all, I like this humidor, but I don't love it. The Velcro piece is probably a bad idea, and I can't get it to hold humidity (which is the whole point), but it looks great, for whatever that's worth. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabulous Piece *by P***Y on Reviewed in the United States on March 19, 2013* Read the reviews and weep if you are a fine cigar smoker and don't have one of these. This humidor is beautiful. I don't smoke often - but when I do I like to have a nice Tatuaje and this box really does them justice. I followed the supplied instructions to season the box which was a little drawn out - I would perhaps buy one of the available seasoning kits if I did it again - would probably make it easier. Anyway either way you'll get there and this humidor will make you feel spoiled and embellish the experience of keeping and enjoying your favorite cigar. My wife actually thought I lied about the price - she thought it seemed like it would be much more expensive! Wanted this at Christmas but they have been unavailable anywhere for some weeks. Grabbed one when they appeared again and am delighted with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My first one and NO REGRETS *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2014* Listnen, the seal on this is excellent. There is absolutely no change in humidity or temperature once I treated this. The only issue I have, minor, is the humidifier that comes with it is larger than what was reflected in the online pictures and the one that actually came with it is huge!!! Its about 1/2 deep and is the depth and width of the humidor, so if you could imagine the length of a cigar but when set on edge it comes all the way up to the top of of the humidor. If laid flat, as I have it, it takes up about 1/3 of one side of the humidor, thus no cigars can be placed there. I eventually purchased another humidifier, Xikar Crystal Gel, but I'm yet to use it. Its only about the side of 3" diameter.
