This is my first server build and I was frankly impressed at how everything fits together with spring-loaded latches with no need for tools at all! Pro tip: put the outer rails into the rack first, then extend the inner rail to their full length to mount the server. The mount guides are very snug so make sure all of them are securely in (4 on each side). Review: Great packaging, worked great - Glad I purchased. ## Features - Sliding Rail Kit - Compatible with Dell PowerEdge R720 - Package Weight, 4.082 kilograms - Package Dimensions, 10.16 L x 91.44 H x 10.16 W (centimeters) ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07HFKH66N | | Best Sellers Rank | #35,278 in Amazon Renewed ( See Top 100 in Amazon Renewed ) #301 in Computer Servers #12,504 in Renewed Computers & Accessories | | Brand | TekBoost | | Compatible Devices | Server | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 26 Reviews | | Item Weight | 8 pounds | | Manufacturer | Dell Computers | | Mfr Part Number | 641329810378-cr | | Model Number | 641329810378 | | UPC | 603784256085 | | Warranty Description | 90 days limited warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** TekBoost - **Compatible Devices:** Server - **Item Weight:** 8 Pounds - **Manufacturer:** Dell Computers - **UPC:** 603784256085 ## Images ![Dell Sliding Rail Kit for Dell PowerEdge R720 Server (Renewed) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31e59-4vDoL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this also for the R720XD?** A: Yes! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great packaging, worked great *by J***N on October 17, 2021* Glad I purchased. ### ⭐ Rails arrived broken *by N***S on November 29, 2023* When I first installed the rails on my server rack, they seemed okay. As soon as I pulled them out, the slider in between the rails and the brackets fell off on one side and all of the little balls in the slider fell out. It was clear that it was already missing a lot of individual pieces on the right side and it took me quite a while to get back into working order. This is likely an oddity but very annoying nonetheless. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/112036050-dell-sliding-rail-kit-for-dell-poweredge-r720-server-renewed](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/112036050-dell-sliding-rail-kit-for-dell-poweredge-r720-server-renewed) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
