I'd of preferred a thumb-screw to the included Allenkey for adjusting the resistance, but it comes with a holder built into the design and it is a minor point as most people will not change the technology in use. In fact the whole design has been well thought out for the home office. Cables can be fed through the entire system allowing for smart and tidy cable management. The vertical pole is tall enough to give you choice, but not so big as to become an obstacle. Easy to use and a wide range of motion has made it invaluable to me. Highly recommended, would buy again if I ever needed.
