Moral of story is 2tbsp of the flavoured high sugar variety is plenty for first time users (think size of yakult...there's a reason!) Took advice and works best when sachet mixed with tepid water (hot water KILLS bacteria and dies so doesn't work) placed in the flask up to top of red contraption with boiling water then wrap towel round it for 12hrs and it's foolproof! The natural Greek is lumpy but disguised easily for kids with fresh berries. Would highly recommend. Reason for purchase was 4yr old finished course of antibiotics for ear infection and felt needed a boost of friendly bacteria :) Go for it but watch the portion size! Also fresher it is, the more friendly bacteria (from what I've read) so eat it within first few days. Lastly the flavoured ones are super smooth and the rhubarb and raspberry were like Angel delight and didn't last til end of the day!!!
