Review: Great for a small space; still sturdy and secure - Very happy with this smaller version of the Bosu Ball so far! It's perfect for use in my smaller office space where I work out each morning. I highly recommend if you have a small area, as the size provides better maneuverability. The box was a bit damaged when it arrived but the ball is fine. Note that when you first get it you may need to pump it up a few times as the ball stretches (at least, I have done it twice and likely need to once more). The ball isn't losing air it's just adjusting. :)

I would recommend the largest for pilates on the Bosu. This small Bosu is better for vertical workouts or very petite individuals. ....Original Review: This is a nice quality Bosu. Works really well for my Intensity Workout and is easy to store and protect from my cats by simply draping my yoga mat over it when not in use. I do, however, need to use a folded up yoga/sticky mat underneat, as it can slide when doing front lunges on a carpet. No fault of the Bosu, just something I learned with certain moves. The sticky mat keeps it nice and secure and safe. The Bosu is very very challenging and takes a few weeks to master in terms of safety and being able to execute moves. My balance has increased to a degree I've never achieved before and I'm pretty stoked about that. I'm also able to do my entire intensity workouts, every move, after only two weeks of being a newbie. This is a smaller Bosu, so if you are tall or have a wide stance, you may want to buy the larger Bosu. I'm 5'6" and struggled a bit with it at first but realized it was because I was so bad at it. Hahah. I'm now able to balance on it and feel its' a good size for me.

Very happy with this smaller version of the Bosu Ball so far! It's perfect for use in my smaller office space where I work out each morning. ### ⭐ Inflating problems (seeking replacement)

Completely defective. Air leaks out through the plastic backing and couldn’t stay inflated. Bosu - if you see this I would love your help getting it replaced with one that works as sending a message isn’t showing up as an option…
