Granted this is not a $300 radio but I still expect it to work. I contacted Pyle and they said i could send it to them and they would fix it, however, I had to pay shipping costs and it was almost $20 for one way shipping. This was ridiculous because I bought this brand new with the understanding that it was in working condition but it was not, so why would I have to pay for shipping.
