It is very painful, heavy and time consuming to cut, but 1/2" X 1/2" is the gold standard for chicken coops.Painful: You will get stabed a lot.Heavy: The 100' is very heavy to work with. We could not put it on the roof of the coop and ended up going with a wire screen mesh for the top instead.Cutability: It's easy to cut, just very time consuming. We ended up cutting it with an angle grinder, made it 100x faster.Overall this is the product we needed and it surved its purpose. I would buy again for future projects or repairs.
