Being able to pre-portion the liquids was huge, but as an added bonus, I could use a little funnel to get the powder in one, put the cap on, and then pull the little rubber stopper off the plunger and use that as a little cork in the other end. It was easy to pull out because of the little nub that goes into the... spout? in the syringe body works as a little handle. The only annoyance was that the... spout I guess... had a smaller outer diameter than most, so when sticking it into medicine bottles with the hole in the cap, you have to work really quickly to pull in your dosage else it drips onto your hand... but it's a minor annoyance. Might be worse if you work for a vet or something.
